End Of A Year has announced their first run of dates in 2010, a 10-day Northeast tour with Scranton, PA's Tigers Jaw. 2010 will be off to a great start. Let's just hope there's no blizzard.

But before that tour, the band will be recording their debut LP for Deathwish entitled "You Are Beneath Me." We'll have more details on that soon, so stay tuned. In the meantime, do yourself a favor and check out End Of A Year's self titled 7"

Fresh off the heels of their successful and critically acclaimed first US headlining tour, French metal act, Gojira, have been tapped by Metallica to support the first half of their North American fall tour in September and October, along with Lamb of God. The band will also be headlining their own shows between Metallica dates.

How often do you meet a band that ties together brilliant songwriting, flawless technique, mad intensity and a thought-provoking lyrical content to boost? When it comes to extreme metal, it’s really difficult to find the complete package. Maybe that’s why “Retaliate†by Misery Index is such an important album. It shows that the impossible is sometimes just a head bang away….

Starve For The Devil will be the name of the fourth studio album from Virginia’s melodic/technical death metal band ARSIS.
This release will mark the return of founding member/drummer Michael Van Dyne, who states: "The new ARSIS record is coming along great - we have eleven new original songs nearly completed, as well as a cover song which will probably be used as a bonus track. Recording this album should be a blast, and the fact that we'll be working with one of the world's top metal producers will only make the experience that much cooler."
